1st Grade Art Teacher

My daughter was attending first grade at Gerald Ford elementary at the time, while I was attending university, full time for my Art Degree.

Funding was cut, and Art was taken out of my daughters school. I volunteered for that school year to be the art teacher. There was one art lesson a month, and the children enjoyed it very much. They would come up and thank me years later, and always say "Hey, thats Dria's father".
